GURPS Tables

Implementing Hit Location, Critical, Reaction tables directly into the ruleset or by means of an extension.

If they can be open to customization for adding more entries (for instance, the expanded reaction tables in GURPS Social Engineering), that would be awesome too.

Right now, even at least one Roll20 GURPS character sheet is automating hit location and even damage by type (cutting, piercing, etc.).

Automating damage by location can be interesting as well.

Cheers

Does the Roll20 damage automation take into account GURPS traits like unliving, homogeneous, diffuse, injury tolerance, etc?

Hi

I've been creating tables for gurps and have noticed the dice for rolling works out to be a 1d16+2. I am wondering ifit can be changed to 3d6 to allow for the bell shaped curve of possibilities.

KIng Regards

(Assuming you're asking about Fantasy Grounds, and not Roll20; because otherwise you're on the wrong page.)
The Fantasy Grounds tables will roll dice adjusting to the number of rows the table has set up.
(I suggest reading through this page: https://fantasygroundsunity.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FGU/pages/918248/Using+Tables+to+Create+Random+Results )

Step 1.) Open the table you need to use 3d6 for.
Step 2.) Click down (but do not release the mouse button) on the d6 on the table.
Step 3.) While still holding the left-click button, right-click the mouse twice (you should be 'holding' 3d6 with the mouse cursor)
Step 4.) Drag the 3d6 you're 'holding' over the table's 'Custom' dice-field (just to the right of the button to roll a result for the table).
Step 5.) Release the left-click, 'dropping' the dice, and you should see a representation of the 3d6 in the 'Custom' dice-field.
Step 6.) Ensure the number field to the right of the 'Custom' dice-field shows a value of '0'.

Congratulations, the table should now roll 3d6 for that lovely bell curve you're looking for.

However, the trick here is adjusting the ranges of possible roll results to apply weight realistically to each of the appropriate hit locations. (So the 'eye' and 'face' hit locations won't be in the middle of the bell curve, etc.)

Hello there.
I have copied and pasted 8 tables which we can find in the books. I am using them as a module so that every campaign of mine can get benefits from them.
Critical Head Blow table
Critical Hit Table
Critical Miss Table
Critical Spell Failure Table
Critical Spell Success Table
Fright Check Table
Reaction Table
Unarmed Critical Miss Table

You can find and copy/paste random hit tables on page Basic Set 552.

As it said on the top, you can create your own tables too. I recommend you to take a look at other tables of rulesets in order to learn the general view.
