Adv/Dis Origin Fields

The rulebooks specify that Advantages (and I infer that it applies to Disadvantages, Perks, and Quirks as well) are granted to characters through some form of Origin, providing example origins such as 'Biological', 'Cosmic', 'Devine', etc.
It doesn't seem like it would take much to add a field to those record sheets to allow the users to specify the character's origin for those powers.
I'm thinking it could be implemented as an editable combobox, but it wouldn't need to be, as a text field would suffice, as well.
